This course will discuss patterns of inheritance including linkage and chromosome mapping; cytogenetics; molecular genetics; and non-chromosomal inheritance, the nature of the gene, and the history of the foremost ideas in genetics.Prerequisite: Bachelor's degree with a major in a biological or physical science.
