Complex differentiation and the Cauchy-Riemann conditions. Complex integration and Cauchy's theorem. Cauchy's integral formulas and related theorems: Morera's theorem, Liouville's theorem, and maximum modulus theorem. Infinite series: Taylor's and Laurent series. The residue theorem. Evaluation of integrals and series. Conformal mapping. Prerequisite: MTH 233 or MTH 236 or permission of the department.
