State of the art experimental and computational methods are used to map relevant genome-wide profiles such as chromatin accessibility with ATAC-seq, regulatory and gene transcription with PRO-seq, DNA-protein interactions with CUT&Tag, or gene expression with RNA-seq. High-throughput sequencing of libraries is followed by quality control analysis, genomic mapping and genomic browser visualization.
